Since his graduation from the University of Kentucky in 1985, King has had a passion for entrepreneurial endeavors with a focus on finance, real estate and business development.  As a Real Estate Developer and Commercial Broker, King has launched over 75 development and redevelopment projects.  At the age of 28, King began his real estate career within the new construction and residential development sector of the industry.  King successfully built and focused on single family residential construction that eventually lead him to a path and passion in Commercial and Investment Redevelopment with a focus on Historic Redevelopment.  In conjunction with his construction background, King earned the credential as a Licensed Real Estate Principal Broker and founded a full service real estate company called The Kinglander Company.  The success of The Kinglander Company with proven Real Estate Associates, Commercial and Residential divisions, a Property Management division, and an emphasis and niche in Redevelopment and Construction earned King and his Teams as authorities in the industry.

As co-owner of the Kinglander Company, I have over 30 years of professional experience in the real estate services industry in Central Kentucky areas.  My experience extends to real estate sales, single-family and multi-family services, commercial Real Estate, tenant referrals for owners, and property management.  My personal goals have been twofold – serve the needs of property owners and real estate investors.
